11. - 17. august toimub Ida-Albaanias koolitus, mille eesmärgiks on uurida loovaid lahendusi noorsootöös. Kandideerima on oodatud teemast huvitatud noorsootöötajad ja noortejuhid (18+). Eestil on 1 koht. Osalemine projektis on tasuta (majutus, toit, tegevused), samuti kaetakse reisikulud 275 € ulatuses. Projektis on korraldajate poolne osalustasu 30 €.

Enne kandideerimist veendu, et saad antud kuupäevadel osaleda ja ole valmis oma osalust kinnitama paari päeva jooksul (juhul kui osutud valituks).

12 August: Getting to know, drama games, cultural evening
13 August: what's youth work, non formal education, learning by doing, team building games
14 August: study trip and sigh seeing
15 August: role and position of youth workers, what's EVS, define rules and obligations
16 August: design your perfect dream, exploring Erasmus+, Future planning and evaluation17 August: departure
The participants are coming from Lithuania, Malta, Estonia, Italy, Albania, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Macedonia, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Czech republic and the Netherlands. Together with local staff and team of trainers the group composition is 24 person in total. On purpose we chose to work with a small group. This in order to ensure for example the intensity of the training and to work closely towards a trust relationships between participants whereby feedback process better can proceed with more ground.
