Koolitus Saksamaal - kuidas kirjutada näidendeid, et aidata kaasa diskrimineerimisega võitlemisele noorsootöös?

25. juuli - 2. august toimub Potsdamis, Saksamaal koolitus, mille teemaks on näidentite kirjutamine. Koolitusel uuritakse, kuidas saab ise luua näidendeid ja kasutada neid diskrimineerimise vastaseks ennetustööks. Eesti osalejatele (18+) on kaks kohta. Koolitusel on osalejad peale Eesti veel Saksamaalt, Bosnia ja Herzegovinast, Horvaatiast, Rumeeniast, Venemaalt, Poolast, Tšehhist, Albaaniast, Makedooniast, Bulgaariast, Kreekast, Maltalt, Türgist, Portugalist, Hispaaniast, Armeeniast ja Gruusiast. Osalemine koolitusel on tasuta (majutus, toit, tegevused), samuti kaetakse lennukipiletid 275 € väärtuses. Hetkel maksavad piletid Tallinnast Berliini 223 €, seega saab 100 % reisikuludest tagasi! Veel projektist: During our last very successful theatre training courses we realized, that not only acting and discussing about theatre plays, but also writing them ourselves is a powerful tool to strengthen the capacities of the anti-discrimination youth work. So, this time we are organizing a new training course for multipliers, which focuses on play writing techniques: How to set a context for a play, how to create an interesting character and character groups, how to develop the story … and how to make it all work. We will explore traditional but also new methods, how this can be used in your youth work.

Tagasi loodusesse! Osale noortevahetuses Saksamaal!

16.-24. august toimub Hemeris, Saksamaal noortevahetus, mille teemaks on looduses elamine ja hakkama saamine. Projekti vältel elatakse ilma elektri ja facebookita metsas telkides, ning õpitakse uusi oskuseid, et looduses ellu jääda. Otsime 4 osalejat vanuses 18-28, kes osaleksid noortevahetuses 16.-24. august ja ühte grupijuhti (18+), kes osaleks ettevalmistaval kohtumisel 18.-21. juuli ja ka noortevahetuses 16.-24. august. Osalemine projektis on tasuta (majutus, toit, tegevused) ning samuti kaetakse osalejate reisikulud (ja grupijuhi reisikulud ettevalmistaval kohtumisel) väärtuses kuni 170 €. See tähendab, kui leida piletid alla selle hinna, siis on omakulu ei ole - kõik on TASUTA :) Näiteks hetkel on piletid Riia - Weeze - Riia 123 € (lisanduvad piletid Riiga ja lennujaamast projekti toimumiskohta). Koolitus Türgis - noorte ettevõtlikkus ja liidrioskused

11.-17. august toimub Kars'is, Ida-Türgis koolitus "Lifelong; Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation", mille teemaks on noorte tööpuudus, ettevõtlikkus ja juhioskused. Eesti osalejatele on 3 kohta (18+), eelistatud on eelkõige osalejad maapiirkondadest, väikelinnadest ning need, kes hetkel on töötud. Lisaks Eestile on kohal osalejad Hispaaniast, Gruusiast Aserbaidžaanist, Hollandist, Ukrainast ja Itaaliast. Koolitusel osalemine on tasuta (majutus, toit, tegevused), ise tuleb alguses osta lennukipiletid, millest 70 % saab tagasi. Kars asub väga kaugel Istanbulist (päris Ida-Türgis), seega sinna minekuks palju variante ei ole, kuid hetkel on soodsaim lennata Riiast, vahemaandumisega Istanbulis (hind ca 300 €, seega omakulu 90 €). The aim of the Training Course is to prevent youth unemployment and to serve economic and socio-cultural development through revealing the entrepreneurship potential of young people in economic, social and cultural fields and the spread of the entrepreneurship culture on young people. In the project scope, various trainings, interviews, workshop activities, technical and cultural tours and visionary project performances/workshop activities will be held in Kars, Turkey for 7 days in the name of actualizing the entrepreneurship potential in every field and the socialization by improving the communication skills of the participants.

Noortevahetus Gruusias keskkonna ja ettevõtlikkuse teemal augusti lõpus

24.-31. august toimub Zugdidis, Gruusias noortevahetus, mille teemaks on keskkond ja

ettevõtlikkus. Osalema on oodatud teemast huvitatud noored (18-24a + grupijuht vanusepiiranguta). Kohal on osalejad Eestist, Aserbaidžaanist, Ukrainast, Lätist, Rumeeniast ja Gruusiast. Osalemine noortevahetuses on tasuta (majutus, toit, kohapealsed tegevused), alguses tuleb ise maksta lennukipiletid, millest 70 % saab tagasi. Hetke lennukipiletid Gruusiasse on ca 350 €, seega omakulu on umbes 245 €. Kanideerimiseks täida ära ANKEET enne 22.06 (kaasa arvatud). Gruusiasse reisimiseks on vajalik pass!

The aim of this project is to involve young people to take the responsibility of their own lifes and teach them new skills which they can use in their future life. During the exchange the participants learn how to make an ecological soap. The workshop will be a great chance for young people to meet and know better each other and to learn new things as well. The participants will will receive set of information how to set up and run business.

We want to creat non- formal working enviroment which should enable the participants to gain new skills, to be competitive at labour market and chance to start their own businesses. Moreover one of the goals is to influence them to be more active citizens raising awareness of difficult situation of youth from marginalized groups and to provide access for unemployed youth to YIA opportunities, to empower youth activity in society and labour events. 

Main activities will include soap made technology, design, thematic workshops on access to employment as well as the position of marginalized groups, intercultural workshops on inclusive society, presentations, discussions, simulations and similar. The participants will also gain more information about rural life, they will make tours to interesting and historical places in the neighbourhood , so they will get familiar with Georgian culture and nature.

Noortevahetus Armeenias juba juunis

22. juuni - 1. juuli 2014 toimub Tsakhkadzoris, Armeenias noortevahetus, mille eesmärgiks on õppida paremini tundma oma tugevusi ja nõrkuseid ning omandada uusi oskuseid. Eesti osalejatele on kokku 5 kohta (osalejate vanusepiir 18-27 ja grupijuht vanusepiiranguta). Kohal on osalejad Eestist, Armeeniast, Gruusiast, Moldovast, Ukrainast, Bulgaariast, Leedust, Hispaaniast, Rumeeniast ja Türgist. Osalus noortevahetusel on tasuta (tasuta majutus, toit, tegevused), ise tuleb alguses osta lennukipiletid, millest saab 70 % tagasi. Lennukipiletid maksavad ca 400 €, seega omakulu on umbes 120 €. Odavamalt saab, kui lennata näiteks Gruusiasse, ja minna sealt bussiga edasi.

Youth Exchange “The X factor” is 9-day project for young people from different countries. Some people are better at understanding some things than others!

In 1983 development psychologist Howard Gardner proposed the theory of multiple intelligences. He claimed that our intelligence or ability to understand the world around us is complex and can't be measured with an IQ test. Mix of outdoor activities, dance exercises, problem solving initiatives, artistic searches, guided visualizations, team work and group tasks, creative writing exercises and simulations will help participants to understand and enhance each of the intelligences.

We aim:

 to invite young people to explore their learning styles, their strengths, talents and their potential,

 raise their awareness of who they are and what they are capable of,

 to contribute to young people's personal development and expand their professional opportunities, 

 to help them to set up learning and career goals by creating a safe atmosphere for non-formal learning,

 to develop participants' life-long learning competencies, self-awareness and promote active and creative participation of young people in processes and events around them.

Juba juunis EVS vabatahtlikuks Bulgaariasse! Viimase hetke võimalus!

15.06. - 15.08.2014 toimub Bulgaarias Euroopa vabatahtliku teenistuse projekt, milles saavad võimaluse osaleda kaks Eesti noort vanuses 18-30. Projekt on juba toetuse saanud, seega valituks osutumise korral on osalus kindel! Projektis tegelevad vabatahtlikud arheoloogiliste väljakaevamistega. Kaetud on kõik kulud, mis on seotud vabatahtlike majutuse, toidu ja tegevustega. Samuti on kaetud 90 % reisikuludest ja iga kuu saab vabatahtlik 65 € taskuraha. Tegu on 2-kuuse projektiga, seega on vabatahtlikul võimalus tulevikus läbida veel kuni 10-kuune teenistus. Seega on see suurepärane võimalus panna ennast proovile ja teha esmane tutvus vabatahtliku tööga. Projektis on kohal samaaegselt mitmeid vabatahtlikke erinevatest Euroopa riikidest.

Koolitus Gruusias soolisest võrdõiguslikkusest

8.-15. juuni toimub Kobuletis, Gruusias koolitus mille teemaks on sooline võrdõiguslikkus. Räägitakse teemaga seotud diskrimineerimisest, soolise võrdõiguslikkuse tagamisest läbi mitteformaalse hariduse ja LGBTQ õigustest. Koolitusele on oodatud osalema teemast huvitatud noored, noortejuhid ja teised, kes tahaks selles valdkonnas oma teadmisi täiendada ja algatada uusi ettevõtmisi (18+). Eesti osalejatele on kolm kohta. Kohal on kokku osalejad 15st riigist. Koolitusel osalemine on tasuta (majutus, toit, tegevused), ise tuleb alguses maksta lennukipiletite eest, millest 70 % saab tagasi. Piletid Tallinnast Batumisse on ca 300 € (tasuta ööbimisega Istanbulis), seega omakulu on ca 90 €.  Gruusiasse reisimiseks on vajalik pass. SUMMARY

“Together We Are Power!” is an intercultural meeting which includes a training course, a workshop and study visits. It will start on June 8, 2014 and last for 8 days. The project will be carried out in Kobuleti, which is the Georgian Black Sea Riviera in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, Georgia.  

In spite of many efforts, gender equality and sexual education in Europe still faces problems. Essential problem is that societies don’t understand importance of equal treatment of man and woman. Gender equality is the founding value of the EU and we still face gaps in legislation and participation of women in social, political and economic life. Second problematic issue is vague perceptions of society of sex and gender. Young people in Europe needs more formal and non-formal education in order to understand better human sexual anatomy, sexual mainstreaming and orientations in order to build tolerance towards LGBTQ society. 

The project is designed to enrich participants’ knowledge, skills, attitudes and values on gender equality and sexual orientations; provide theoretical course on human sexuality; discuss problems of equality treatment between man and woman; promote gender equality beyond EU, especially in the Post Soviet countries; generate ideas and exchange view how to combat intolerance attitudes towards LGBTQ society in Europe; organize discussions on global diversity and set a content-based informal network as a follow up project.

OBJECTIVES

The main objectives of our project are:

·         to enrich knowledge of young people on gender equality and human sexuality;

·         to promote equality and human rights based on gender identity and sexual orientation to ensure equality of opportunities;  

·         to build cultural bridges between youth workers and launch networking on tolerance and human rights;

·          to exchange best practices, views, knowledge and experience on protection of LGBTQ Rights;

·         to build informal network and plan a follow up project.

Koolitus Ukrainas sotsiaalmeediast

19.-26. aprill toimub Odessas, Ukrainas koolitus, mille teemaks on sotsiaalmeedia. Koolitusele on oodatud kandideerima teemast huvitatud noored, noorsootöötajad ja noortejuhid (18+). Eesti osalejatele on 3 kohta. Koolitusel on kohal ka osalejad Armeeniast, Aserbaidžaanist, Bulgaariast, Tšehhist, Gruusiast, Itaaliast, Leedust, Poolast, Rumeeniast, Sloveeniast, Hispaaniast, Türgist  ja Ukrainast. Koolitusel osalemine on tasuta (majutus, söök, kohapealsed tegevused), ise tuleb alguses katta sõidukulud, millest 70 % saab tagasi. Odavaim on lennata Riiast, kust piletid on hetkel ca 260 €, seega omakulu on ca 78 €. Kandideerimiseks täida ära ANKEET . Ukrainasse reisimiseks on vajalik kehtiv pass.

Hetkel (10.04.2014) on koolitusele kaks vaba kohta! Kuigi Ukrainas on hetkel keeruline olukord, siis korraldajad on kinnitanud, et koolituse toimumist see ei mõjuta ja koolituse toimumise koht on ohutu. Enne kandideerimist veendu, et sa oled kursis sellega, mis Ukrainas toimub, teadvustad võimalikke riske ning soovid sellele vaatamata osaleda :)

VOICES 2 is follow up project. This is a training course for youth workers, youth project managers and volunteers that will introduce them to the contexts, forms and tools of social media. Fundamentally changing world! We have to run only to stay on place! New tools to engage with individuals, communities, colleagues, partners, and the world at large are social medias. They become the way to inspire, educate and connect. Youth leaders will become familiar with a range of online communication tools. With their knowledge they will increase active participation and citizenship of young people, to foster inclusion, to achieve organizational goals and promote their causes. The knowledge acquired will be immediately applied as participants will develop a concrete social media strategy for their organizations or projects at the end of the course. The TC will be held in Odesa from with promoters from Ukraine, Armenia, Azarbaijan, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey.

Õppevisiit Moldovas maapiirkondade ettevõtlusest

5.-12. mai toimub Chisinau's Moldovas õppevisiit, mille eesmärgiks on uurida, millised on uuenduslikud praktikad, et tegeleda ettevõtlusega maapiirkondades ja jagada häid praktikaid. Osalema on oodatud teemast huvitatud noored ja noortega töötavad inimesed (18+), kes tahaks ka ise midagi maapiirkonnas ette võtta. Eesti osalejatele on 3 kohta.  Kohal on osalejad Eestist, Gruusiast, Armeeniast, Belgiast, Valgevenest, Rumeeniast, Ukrainast, Horvaatiast, Poolast ja Moldovast. Osalemine õppevisiidil on tasuta (majutus, toit, tegevused), ise tuleb osalejatel maksta lennukipiletid, millest 70 % makstakse tagasi. Hetkel on piletid algusega Tallinnast ca 300 €, seega omakulu on umbes 90 €. Moldovasse reisimiseks on vajalik pass. Kandideerimiseks täida ära ANKEET.

Study Visit “Rural Development through entrepreneurship” aims to explore the possibilities of developing and running different kind of entrepreneurship activities in rural areas based on share of good experience and reality of the Republic of Moldova.  It is well known that the migration from rural to urban areas or to develop countries, special in EECEA region brought the fact that many of the villages remained populated only by old people and children.  The investments usually refers to the welfare of particular families and not to an entrepreneurship activity where the money can produce sources for community development and change the rural life into a prosper one.  Moldova is one of the countries famous for massive migration to European countries. While many citizens remained to work on the black market some of them turned back home and invested in their communities, these mainly referring to agriculture, social life and manufacturing.  We do believe that a Study Visit where young people can get acquainted with the successful examples of rural entrepreneurship, can raise the self-esteem of rural young people, stop the massive migration and motivate those who immigrated to invest in their community. The project is based on the share of good experience alongside the concrete information to be provided on how to develop an entrepreneurship activity, what are the needed resources for a good start, what kinds of European grants do support rural development and how to put the ideas into practice. The project  will deeply explore the topic of Global Warming and new technologies offered for ecological entrepreneurship.
The project is opened to 30 young people from 10 EU and EECA countries coming from rural or deprived areas that will be able to learn, share and implement entrepreneurial ideas when back home.

Noortevahetus Musta mere ääres lühifilmide tegemisest

19.-29. aprill 2014 toimub Odessas, Ukrainas noortevahetus, mille teemaks on kultuuride vaheline õpe läbi tiimitöö,  tehakse üheskoos lühifilme. Eestist on oodatud osalema noored vanuses 16-25 (4 kohta) + grupijuht vanusepiiranguta. Lisaks Eesti noortele on kohal ka noored Armeeniast, Aserbaidžaanist, Bulgaariast, Horvaatiast, Moldovast, Sloveeniast, Türgist, Rumeeniast ja Ukrainast. Noortevahetusel osalemine on tasuta (majutus, toit, kohapealsed tegevused), ise tuleb alguses osta lennupiletid, millest 70 % saab tagasi. Piletid Odessasse maksavad ca 300 €, seega omakulu on umbes 90 €. Kui veidi kombineerida, saab ka sipa odavamalt. Ukrainasse reisimiseks on vajalik pass ja alla 18-aastastel vanema kirjalik nõusolek. The Youth Exchange My life - My story is designed for multicultural learning through team-work. During the 10 days of the exchange, participants would have few practical lessons of creating and coining a short movie script, planning the scenes on paper, filming the designed scenes and the final editing of filmed material. However, that would only be the technical part of the youth exchange. The project team would encourage participants to come up with the ideas for filming – the theme of a movie is more valuable that the expensive equipment- as the rules of the film stands for. The project aim is: By designing and filming short films about this theme, participants would not only raise their awareness of the existence of these people and their every day lives but raise the awareness of government officials and EU official of the existence and lives of these groups living in our societies and the need for respecting and giving them their human rights. The project would take place in Odessa, Ukraine with 50 participants from Armenia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Moldova, Slovenia, Turkey and Romania.

Koolitus Makedoonias liidrioskuste arendamisest

15.-22. mai toimub Bitolas, Makedoonias koolitus, mille eesmärgiks on arendada osalejate liidrioskusi, et nad saaksid edukalt juhtida vabatahtlikke ja olla edukad rahuloomisega seotud tegevustes. Osalema on oodatud aktiivsed noored, noortejuhid ja noorsootöötajad (18+). Eesti osalejatele on 3 kohta. Kohal on lisaks Eestile veel osalejad Makedooniast, Ungarist, Türgist, Tšehhist, Serbiast, Rumeeniast, Albaaniast, Montenegrost ja Ukrainast. Osalemine koolitusel on tasuta (majutus, söök, tegevused), ise tuleb alguses osta piletid, millest 70 % saab tagasi. Hetkel on soodsaimad piletid Riiast ca 350 €, seega omakulu on umbes 105 € (antud lend on läbi Istanbuli, seega on vajalik reisimiseks pass). Kandideerimiseks täida ära ANKEET 07.04.2014ks (kaasa arvatud).

PROJECT SUMMARY

The aim of the training course is to stimulate active citizenship through raising young’s people competencies needed for successful leadership of volunteering activities/ initiatives/ projects focused on peace building. Training will contribute on creating of young peace builders that will take leadership in peace building processes on local, national and international level. It will empower young people to be actively involved in communities’ development and to become promoters of peace building in their local as well as in European society. The training will provide practical work, interactive learning based on the participants' needs. Trainers and participants will share innovative approaches, methodologies and tools, and plan new initiatives.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

• To deliver common understanding about peace building in intercultural setting of youngsters with diverse backgrounds and to promote activism for resolving conflicts on national and international level.

• To provide participants with competencies and practical knowledge on leading volunteering initiatives for peace building.

• To share good practices on international level about peace, non-violence and tolerance among youth.

• To empower participants to multiply the effects of this training course in their organizations and to increase the other young people’s capacities to deal with, manage, and prevent conflicts in youth volunteering activities/initiatives/projects.

The training will gather participants from youth organizations from Europe that work in field of active citizenship, peace building and conflict resolution on local, national and/or European and international level.

Noortevahetus Makedoonias soolisest võrdõiguslikkusest

22.-29. aprill toimub Krucevos, Makedoonias noortevahetus mille teemaks on sooline võrdõiguslikkus. Noortevahetusele on oodatud osalema noored vanuses 15-25. Eesti osalejatele on 4 kohta + grupijuht vanusepiiranguta. Peale Eesti on noortevahetusel kohal noored Albaaniast, Rumeeniast, Inglismaalt, Türgist, Itaaliast ja Makedooniast. Projektis osalemine on tasuta (majutus, söök, kohapealsed tegevused), ise tuleb alguses osta lennukipiletid, millest 70 % saab tagasi. Hetkel on soodsaimad piletid algusega Riiast ca 350 €, mille puhul tuleb ööbida Istanbulis (see on lennufirma poolt tasuta). Kasutades seda marsruuti on vajalik pass (vahemaandumine Türgis). Omakulu tuleb selle lennu puhul ca 105 €. Kandideerimiseks täida ära ANKEET 01.04ks. (kaasa arvatud).

Different kinds of abuses along with more banal injustices, like slapping a girlfriend or paying women less for their work, arise out of a social context in which women are, often, second-class citizens. That’s a context that our societies have helped shape, and not pushed hard to change. Women are prevented from playing a full and equal role in many fields, creating an environment in which violations against women are justified. The belief that women are inferior human beings gives excuses to the brutal husband who beats his wife, the soldier who rapes a woman, the employer who has a lower pay scale for women employees, or parents who decide to abort a female embryo. Starting from infancy, girls face worse treatment than boys in such forms as selective malnutrition and denial of equal access to education and health services. We will not succeed in changing this reality we’re facing if we do not support women in fighting for their rights for which all of us as young people and youth ngo’s have a part to play in creating a more equal and just world and help these goals to be achieved.

This is why gender equality and is key focus of our youth exchange so that we make a change starting from the ground level by giving skills to youngsters that can spread their knowledge to the real people that are usually left out from all the big policies and empower the right beneficiaries: women. This project also aims to raise the awareness among the participants and the local population about the need for active participation of women in all levels and active public life. Therefore the project will include workshops centred on ways to promote empowerment on women on all levels as a social and political agenda.

This project will be held in Krusevo, Macedonia, between 22 and 29 April 2014 and it will feature 41 participants from Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, United Kingdom, Romania, Italy, Estonia and Turkey.

Põnev noortevahetus Kreekas!

22.-29. aprill toimub Edessas, Kreekas noortevahetus, mille teemaks on kultuuride vaheline õpe ja kultuuriline identiteet. Projekti on oodatud osalema teemast huvitatud 18-25 aastased noored. Kohal on lisaks Eestile ka noored Kreekast, Itaaliast, Poolast, Bulgaariast ja Hispaaniast. Osalemine projektis on tasuta (majutus, söök, tegevused kohapeal), ise tuleb alguses osta piletid, millest 70 % saab tagasi. In every country there are some words used that cannot be translated or explained in different cultural contexts. This happens because these words have a very special and strong cultural background, a fact that makes 

them quite “unique”. In order to understand their meaning, someone needs to understand first the cultural elements hidden behind them. And that’s why it’s really hard, even for experts, to translate and interpret them. In the project “Spread the Word, Feel the World”, participants will 

make a research in finding such words in their countries/communities and cultural contexts, share, present them and elaborate on cultural diversity and citizenship through multiple discussions, workshops, games and activities. Once the national cultures are presented and explored, participants are going to emphasize on the European culture and its aspects. 

Some important objectives of the project are: 

- to reflect on participants' own cultural identity 

- to experience intercultural learning and getting connected through identifying similarities and differences with other young Europeans with different cultural backgrounds 

- to develop self-confidence, creative and critical thinking and overcome their fear of expressing feelings and opinions 

- to adopt attitudes of mutual understanding, tolerance and solidarity towards cultural differences in order to build social cohesion within the EU

- to discuss and reflect on European culture and point out the importance of participation in the European Parliament Elections 2014 

- to develop social, personal, group-work skills and the ability to work collectively in an inter-cultural environment. 

Koolitus Ukrainas: kolmanda sektori organisatsioonide turundus

11.-19. märts toimub Lviv'is Ukrainas koolitus, mille teemaks on kolmanda sektori organisatsioonide turundus ja haldamine. Kandideerima on oodatud aktiivsed noored, noortejuhid ja noortega töötavad inimesed (18+). Eesti osalejatele on 3 kohta. Koolituse, majutuse ja toidukulud on kaetud 100 % programmi Euroopa Noored poolt, ise tuleb osalejatel katta lennukipiletid, millest saab 70 % tagasi. Hetkel on parim lendamise kombinatsioon lennata Riiast Lviv'i (pilet ca 280 €, seega omakulu 84 €). Kandideerimiseks täida ära ANKEET.

The Sumy City Youth PO – Foundation for Regional initiatives is delighted to be your host from 11 – 19 March 2014, for the Training Course “The sky is the limit” that will take place at Grand-resort (near Lviv), Ukraine!

Our Training Course is focused on the following aspects which we deemed necessary for any well organized youth NGO:

- development of an understanding of the nature of Marketing Management of NGOs;

- the role of practitioners when they are working with EVS volunteers;

- recognizing the key areas of Marketing Management of NGOs involvement as a tool for self-promotion and promotion of organizations activities;

- general concepts and principles of Marketing Management of NGOs

At the same time we aim to train NGO staff and project managers how to build and maintain positive and cooperative relationship with the public and also how to create a positive environment using PR methods to promote solutions for EVS voluntarism promotion. We aim to develop the quality of youth activities and capabilities of civil society organizations in the youth field for improving public relations considering volunteer projects with giving opportunity to participants for acquiring skills for further development of voluntary organizations.

With this project we want to improve the participant’s competences, knowledge, skills and attitudes to higher quality practice in the youth field regarding working with volunteers.

Participants that will attend this Training Course will come from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey.

Kandideeri EVS vabatahtlikuks Gruusias!

Projekti kirjeldus:

The project "European House in Guria" will take place in Western Georgia, Guria region and will host 4 volunteers with 6 months from Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia), the volunteers will deal with youth activities, local community projects for the children and young people in the city Ozurgeti as well as in nearby rural areas. The hosting organisation plans to create a common European space (HOUSE) in the fields of project, where the meaning of European citizenship will be aware, histories and traditions of Baltic and other European countries gathered and poster to the development of Georgian youth to use European ways of nonformal and formal education and active participation, to contribute to civil society and local community development.

The project is directed also on the development of solidarity, promotion of importance cultural diversity and mutual understanding among young people, recognize the value and importance and raise awareness for voluntary work, the importance of active civil society, raise intercultural understanding. Wide range of the activities (workshops, information campaigns, cultural, education events) will help the participants of project to find new contacts, develop the steps for personal development and professional carrier and be the Europeans despite of originality of nations.

Kandideerimine on lõppenud!

Projekti kestvus on 01.03 - 01.09.2014 (saabumine projekti tegevuskohta märtsi seitsme esimese päeva jooskul). Projektis osaleb kokku 4 noort (2 Eestist, 1 Lätist, 1 Leedust), kuid Seiklejate Vennaskonna poolt saame saata 1 vabatahtliku. Projekt on rahastatud Euroopa Noored Euroopa vabatahtliku teenistuse programmi raames st. et vabatahtlikul on projekti ajal tasuta majutus ja toit, ning kaetakse ka 90 % reisikuludest. Enne vabatahtlikuks minekut toimub Seiklejate Vennaskonna poolne ettevalmistus ning peale saabumist saabumisjärgsel koolitusel Gruusias. 

Vabatahtlik töö toimub 30-38 tundi nädalas, 5 päeva tööl, 2 vaba.  

Vabatahtlik saab ka iga kuu taskuraha, mille suuruseks on 80 €, ning lisaks raha toidu- ja sidekuludeks (ca 100 €). 4 vabatahtlikku elavad üheskoos neile renditud korteris. 

Kandideerida vabatahtlikuks saavad 18-30 aastased noored ning valiku tegemisel on kõige olulisemaks kriteeriumiks vabatahtliku motivatsioon. Kasuks tuleb ka vene keele oskus algtasemel.

Motivatsioonikiri võib olla ka video vormis, ning kindlasti tasub lisada endast ka pilte :) Vabatahtlikul tuleb valmis olla intervjuuks, mis toimub Tallinnas vahemikus 24.-26. veebruar (erandkorras võimalik videointervjuu). Kandideerida on mõtet ainult juhul, kui oled 100 % kindel, et ta tahad ja saad kindlalt osaleda projektis.

Koolitus aprillis Norras!

10-17. aprill toimub koolitus Drammenis, Norras, mille teemaks on noorte tööpuudus, uute oskuste arendamine, osalus kodanikuühiskonnas ning kultuuride vaheline õpe. Kandideerima on oodatud töötud noored, noortejuhid ja noortega töötavad inimesed (18+), kõik kes tahavad parandada oma päedevusi antud valdkondades. Eesti osalejatele on 4 kohta. Koolitusel on Norra osalejate poolne osalustasu (50 €), mis arvestatakse maha tagasi saadavast reisikulude summast. Samuti tuleb ise alguses katta lennupiletid/rongipiletid, millest 70 % kompenseeritakse. Mis on hea, on see, et Norrasse lennata on odav - näiteks kui minna 9-18. aprill (oma kulul olla 2 ööd kauem), on piletid ryanairiga edasi-tagasi ca 55 € (omakulu 16,5 €), õigetel päevadel Estonian airiga otse Tallinnast on edasi-tagasi piletid ca 110 € (seega omakulu 33 €). Kandideerimiseks täida ära ANKEET enne 21.02.2014 (kaasa arvatud). 

Koolitus Gruusias mitteformaalsest õppest ja liidrioskuste arendamisest

10.-18. aprill toimub Kobuletis, Gruusias koolitus, mis on mõeldud tulevastele noortele liidritele, kes tahaksid tegutseda koolitajatena mitteformaalse õppe keskkonnas. Oodatud kandideerima on nii töötud noored, noortejuhid kui teised, kellele antud teema huvi pakub (18+). Koolitusel tõstetakse osalejate teadlikkust mitteformaalsest õppest ja selle meetoditest, koolitaja oskustest ja vabatahtliku töö põhimõtetest. Eesti osalejatele on 2 kohta. Osalemine koolitusel on tasuta (majutus, toit, tegevused), ise tuleb alguses osta lennukipiletid, millest 70 % saab tagasi (hetkel on piletid Gruusiasse ca 300 €, seega omakulu on ca 90 €). Kandideerimiseks täida ära ANKEET enne 20.02.2014 (kaasa arvatud). 

Noortevahetus Gruusias keskkonna teadlikkusest

Euroopa koolitajate seminar Hispaanias!

13.-19. märts toimub Salamancas, Hispaanias seminar koolitajatele. Eesti osalejatele on 1 koht. Koolitus on mõeldud eelkõige koolitajatele, kes tahavad kogemusi vahetada teiste Euroopa koolitajatega või luua uusi partnerlusi Erasmus + programmi raames. Seminaril on Hispaania korraldajate poolne osalustasu 40 €, lisaks tuleb ise katta 30 % reisikuludest. Muu (seminar, toit, majutus) on tasuta.

This seminar is an opportunity for trainers / facilitators to meet, share, discuss and evaluate the work done / been made, both locally and on a national and international context. We will evaluate Youth in Action, and get ready for new Erasmus+.

This seminar to be held in Salamanca with the name "SEOT: Seminar of European Trainers", is as its name suggests, a meeting of trainers active at European level in non-formal education activities, and especially those related to the now finished Youth in Action program.

Its main aim is to offer participants a space for meeting and sharing, as well as to discuss and evaluate the work done / been made as trainers / facilitators, both locally and on a national and international context.

Therefore the specific objectives of the seminar are:

- To exchange good practices (and bad practices to avoid them) on the work developed in activities with non formal education and youth people.

- To evaluate our development as trainers and the competences acquired / developed.

- To reflect on the impact of the Youth in Action program, especially the training and non-formal education activities in young Europeans.

- To evaluate the Youth in Action program in the area of training and networking.

- To discuss the new program Erasmus+ (Youth part) and make recommendations in the field of training that can improve the quality in future activities.

- To establish collaborative networks and propose possible future projects.

- To exchange tools and processes to foster improvement in the quality of the next Erasmus+ projects.

This is a 7-days seminar (including travel days) (from Thursday to Wednesday) for participants and team from 22 different countries (Albania, Azerbayan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Estonia, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukrania).

The profile asked for the participants, is:

Group leaders, young or youth worker, all with experience as trainers or facilitators.

The methods that will be used are those of non-formal education, where learning is participatory and is student-centered and based on experience.

Noortevahetus Rumeenias 20-29. märts

20-29. märts toimub Poiana Negris, Rumeenias noortevahetus, mille teemaks on maapiirkondade väärtustamine ja kultuuride vaheline dialoog, ning neid teemasid uuritakse läbi fotograafia ja videode tegemise. Eesti osalejatele on 7 kohta - osalema on oodatud noored vanuses 18-25 (6 kohta) ja grupijuht vanusepiiranguta. Osalemiseks pole varasemat kogemust vaja. Peale Eesti on kohal veel osalejad Itaaliast, Hispaaniast, Horvaatiast, Poolast ja Rumeeniast. Projektis osalemine on tasuta (tasuta majutus, toit, tegevused), ise tuleb alguses osta lennukipiletid, mille eest 70 % saab tagasi (piletid maksavad ca 300 €, seega omakulu on 90 €). Kokkuvõte inglise keeles:

This multilateral 1.1 youth exchange called „Village in a Puzzle” will be organized in a beautiful and quite isolated rural area from the North of Romania, away from big cities and closer to old traditions and legends. During 10 days, 44 young people from 6 different programme countries, with an interest in the main topic of the exchange, the rural space seen through the eyes of young people in today’s society, will exchange opinions, interact, share and gain more knowledge.

They will discover traditions and values from the Romanian rural society, while at the same time comparing what they learn with their experiences back home. Also, they will be looking at the differences between rural and urban areas, discussing disadvantages of life “in the country-side”.

Its main objectives are:

- Stimulating young people to understand better the issues of the poverty matter that is affecting the rural space and how are European Union member countries dealing with this problem, through the use of European Citizenship as key-concept.

- Facilitating intercultural dialogue between 44 European youngsters from 6 different countries, using non-formal methods of education, with a special focus on national rural traditions and customs.

- Organizing a public presentation of relevant photos taken by the young participants during the exchange, photos that will reflect the rural life in Romania as seen through the eyes of a foreigner. Each participant in this way will be able to present its own vision based on personal past experiences.

- Organizing a public presentation of amateur videos made by the young participants that will reflect the rural life in Romania, again seen through the eyes of a foreigner. Compared to the photo presentation, videos can generate a much higher impact and can recreate and transmit better the feelings which the author had;

- Multiplication of the presentations mentioned above into the local communities of the partners involved, in order to share realities and exchange experiences.

“Village in a Puzzle” takes place between 20 and 29 March 2014 and gathers a total of 44 participants from Italy, Spain, Estonia, Croatia, Poland and Romania. As previously stated, activities will be highly interactive, based on non-formal education methods, and consist of team-building games, outdoor discovery games, photo and video workshops, artistic presentations, brainstorming, sessions for debates, cultural nights, etc.

Koolitus Saksamaal sotsiaalsest ettevõtlusest ning koostöö Aafrika riikidega

Kandideeri koolitusele Saksamaal 9-15. märts, mille teemaks on sotsiaalne ettevõtlus ja konfliktide vastane võitlus. Kandideerima on oodatud 18-35 aastased noored, kes tahaksid omandada uusi teadmisi, et oma projekte ellu viia. Eelkõige siis sotsiaalse ettevõtluse vallas. Tegu on esimese faasiga projektist, kuhu on kaasatud 17 organisatsiooni Aafrikast ja Euroopast. Valituks osutumise korral on koolitus, toit ja majutus tasuta, ise tuleb katta 30 % reisikuludest. Saksamaa koolitusel osalemine on vaid esimene faas, edasi osaletakse online platvormi kaudu ning edukamatel on võimalus osaleda ka nädala pikkuses koolituses augustis Hollandis, kus on kohal parimad Euroopa ja Aafrika noored sotsiaalsed ettevõtjad. Projekt on saanud rahastuse Euroopa Noored programmi 3.2 raames (koostöö teiste maailma riikidega).

22.-29.03.2014 toimub Moldovas koolitus, mille teemaks on sotsiaalmeedia ja selle kasutamine noorsootöös. Kandideerima on oodatud teemast huvitatud aktiivsed noored, noorsootöötajad, noortejuhid ja kodanikuühiskonna organisatsioonide esindajad (vanus 18+). Kohal on kokku 30 inimest 14st eri riigist, Eesti osalejatele on 2 kohta. Osalemine koolitusel on tasuta (tasuta majutus, söök, programm), ise tuleb alguses osta piletid, millest 70 % saab tagasi (hetkel on soodsaim lennata Riiast, kust piletid alla 300 €, seega omakulu ca 90 €).
